The Adega Coop. Da Batalha (Cooperative Winery of Batalha) is located in the emblematic town of Batalha, where the Monastery of Santa Maria dwells, one of the most remarkable archictectural wonders of the country, recognized as World Heritage site by UNESCO.

The area where the Adega Coop. da Batalha is located, in Alta Estremadura, with its diverse landscapes, soil and mil climate, greatly favours agricultural production in the region.

This region extends over a wide area stretchingfrom the slopes of Serra d' Aire to the Atlantic Ocean.
