Restaurants

Maredo

Stadtmitte - More than 30 years ago, the first steakhouse opened up in Berlin. Today there are approximately 60 restaurants in Germany and Austria, four of which are in Düsseldorf. The menu in all restaurants ranges from juicy steak standards of South American beef to lamb and pork steaks to poultry and fish dishes - everything prepared over an open fire. Fresh salads round off the menu. more

Hyuga

Stadtmitte - Hyuga awaits its guests with puristic Japanese cuisine in pure culture, only a stone's throw away from the Schadowarkade shopping mall. This attracts especially the Japanese living in Düsseldorf - and naturally the guests who would like to experience new culinary treats. more

Im Füchschen

Altstadt - Füchschen also represents "Alt" beer culture à la Düsseldorf and is a part of the history of Düsseldorf. Since 1848 they have been brewing in the house in Ratinger Straße. Instead of a number, this house has a fox as identification. This "domestic pet"ultimately gave the brewery its name. And not only the beer tastes great; thanks to its own butcher's shop, hearty classic foods, such as a "Schlachtplatte"(meat platter), a leg of pork or a pork knuckle, are excellent here. By the way, not at all classic is the smart Internet presence - a click on www.fuechschen.de is worth the while. more

Shilla

Altstadt - In the heart of the Altstadt (Old Town) there is Shilla - one of the best Korean restaurants in Düsseldorf. Whether on the terrace or in the genuinely furnished restaurant, you decide where you would like best to discover the variety of Korean food. more

A Tavola

Altstadt - This cosy trattoria is located in the heart of the "Old Town". The menu offers popular Italian classic food. The large slate board shows the specialties of the day. more
